01Corporate status and business activity
OK4UK Ltd trades through the OK4UK Group identity. Its registered nature of business includes SIC 70229: Management consultancy activities other than financial management. The group also develops companies and makes proprietary investments using private capital. This description does not mean that OK4UK provides financial management, investment management or regulated financial advice to the public.
02No offer or advice
This website provides general corporate information only. Nothing on it is an offer, invitation, recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell an investment or security. It is not investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional advice.
03Portfolio relationships
“Portfolio” is a convenient description of businesses, systems, projects and relationships connected with OK4UK; it does not imply full ownership in every case. FineWorks is presented as an approximately 25% minority investment. Karina Denice is an advisory relationship only, with no OK4UK ownership. Project ICU is an OK4UK social-impact initiative. Relevant cards identify the relationship where appropriate.
04Ethical-business principle
OK4UK seeks to act lawfully, responsibly and with integrity. We reserve the right not to invest in, advise, supply, partner with or otherwise engage with an organisation where, in our reasonable judgement, its conduct, governance, products or impact conflict with our ethical standards. We consider human dignity, child welfare, fair dealing, safety, environmental responsibility, privacy, anti-bribery principles and respect for applicable law.
05Trade marks
OK4UK®, OK4UK Academy®, FineWorks®, NVQ LTD® and FridayPack® are registered trade marks associated with the OK4UK group. The relevant official register determines the proprietor, classes, territory and precise scope of each registration. All other names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners. No licence is granted except as expressly agreed in writing.
06Accuracy, forward-looking statements and change
We aim to keep information clear and current, but companies, ownership interests, services, plans and development status may change. Statements about future plans, opportunities or intended development are forward-looking and involve uncertainty; they are not promises of future performance. Approximate holdings are identified as such.
